A report has a `kind` (`bug` or `feedback`), a `title` of 5 to 120 characters and a `message` of 20 to 8000 characters in plain text. Credentials and private content must not be included. With `include_recent_calls` (MCP), the tool name, Plesk method name, status and duration of the account's calls of the past hour are appended; arguments and results are not.

Reports are read by the operators. A reply is not guaranteed.
